The girl there said just to mix some starter with the beans, et voila.
Simple, nothing else.
In a plastic bag with holes, in a warm place, 3 days.
Tested a little bit raw.
Apparently I’m the only one on earth eating raw tempeh–I’ve been told at the workshop.
Was good, almost no smell, not a strong taste, but a sort of fresh sensation, like, mushrooms.
